Start by going to the Watch Settings. | |
Tap on Display & Brightness. | |
Turn on Wake on Wrist Raise. | |
Recommended: Tap Wake Duration and select Wake for 70 Seconds. | |
Back out to the main Settings screen and tap General. | |
Tap Return to Clock. | |
Set Return to Clock to whatever you want for other apps.
Scroll to and tap VBRefTimer. | |
Tap Custom. | |
Set When Not in Session to After 1 hour.
Turn on Return to App. |
